The Traditional Cuisine and Food Festival forms a delicious and culturally significant component of the Piny Luo Festival 2025.This culinary showcase will feature authentic traditional delicacies including fish prepared in multiple styles reflecting Lake Victoria's bounty, kuon (ugali), aliya (traditional vegetables), ododo (black beans), omena, and other regional specialties.
Festival attendees will witness master craftspeople demonstrating pottery making, basket weaving, wood carving, beadwork, and the intricate creation of traditional musical instruments like the nyatiti and orutu.
